Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Head to oversee daily operations and management of our agricultural facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices, crop cultivation, and livestock management.
Responsibilities include leading a team of farm workers, developing and implementing farming plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The Farm Head should possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for sustainable agriculture, and the ability to make strategic decisions for the farm’s success.
