Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in business process analysis, design, and documentation.
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Oracle 9i, client/server environment, and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business process analysis and documentation.
- At least 6 months exposure in Life Insurance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Resourceful and proactive in project development.
- Strong analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Good time management and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
