Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in orientation programs related to compensation and benefits programs and activities for employee information in support of HR strategies.
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
- Assists in all admin and clerical duties related to Compensation and Benefits such as compensation surveys, benefits roll-out, orientation activities, job evaluations, and performance management.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Contribute to the production of an ER strategy and development of sound ER policies that allow management to achieve successful/favorable outcomes and conflict resolutions.
- Maintains the HR file system regarding employee discipline and grievances.
- Works with HR Team to maintain and improve employee relations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Department Management course.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Must be exposed to different facets of HR.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs timely.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be residing in Davao City or nearby places.
