Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify, code, and enter invoices into the system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end closing and report generation
