Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the HR Human Capital Development function and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Line Manager/s.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation relating to personnel activities (performance evaluations, learning, and development, etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes of the meetings if necessary.
- Data extraction for preparation of reports relating to training completion, performance evaluation, and the like.
- Prepare logistics for the effective conduct of training programs and other learning activities.
- Serve as host or co-facilitator for physical and virtual training sessions.
- Facilitate fulfillment of post-training responsibilities.

Salary: 24,500
Duration: 6 months

Pay: Php24,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
