Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, and Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
DUTIES:
- Assist Brand Managers in preparation of scheduled reports by extracting reports from SAP system
- Generate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage and monitor Brand Team’s supplies
- Provide assistance to the team in providing updated competitive research and other related information available online in relation to all brands.
- Input to SAP and monitoring of Warranty Claims and Vendor Support Claims
- Request Creation of MMF Samples
- Manage Purchase Orders of product samples
- Monitoring and management of inventory of product samples and all physical marketing collaterals provided by the principal brands
- Update SKU class in SAP
