Job Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and follow-up on overdue accounts.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data.
Assist in internal and external audits preparation.
Collaborate with team members to implement best practices.
Enhance financial systems and tools proactively.
Perform assigned duties diligently.
