Job Description
1. Reviews and checks accuracy of documents for assigned projects.
2. Works with sales teams on costing and quotation during project conceptualization.
3. Ensures accuracy of costing and quotations before processing orders.
4. Calculates mobilization charges.
5. Computes service charges for after-sales services.
6. Coordinates internally to resolve discrepancies.
7. Ensures project accuracy to prevent delays.
8. Submits production papers for order finalization and delivery scheduling.
9. Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices.
10. Assess output regularly to identify productivity trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge in interpreting floor plans and cabinet drawings is a PLUS.
- Understanding of sales metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with dedication.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
