Job Description
- Prepare safety program, procedures & guidelines for the construction site.
- Implement & assess effectiveness of safety program, procedures & guidelines by conducting regular safety inspections.
- Issue non-conformance reports to non-compliant groups or personnel.
- Coordinate with security personnel for overall site security operations.
- Collaborate with other Safety Officers in creating safety committees and monitoring safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with DOLE for safety program submissions and events.
- Submit regular reports to DOLE-BWC as mandated by the law.
- Identify project safety requirements, risks, and hazards.
- Prepare mitigation plans for potential risks and hazards.
- Establish an Emergency Preparedness & Response program and conduct drills.
- Develop Aspect Hazard Analysis and update regularly.
