Job Description
HR Encoder is crucial for managing HR data and systems, making a significant impact on organizational operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organizing, auditing, and maintaining HR data
- Taking ownership of HR data manipulation and reporting
- Streamlining HR processes and managing HR systems
- Updating employee electronic records
- Preparing HR documents
- Providing effective support service to end users
- Delivering high-quality HR data to the business
- General HR team administration and first contact for HR queries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
