Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise compliances from different Operations and Maintenance groups
- Monitor and report O&M group targets timely
- Implement Enterprise Risk Management in O&M groups
- Represent O&M to various offices and agencies
- Ensure technical performance and compliance
- Develop and update risk registers and management plans
- Monitor and ensure compliances to audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Registered Electrical Engineer
- Knowledge in Power Engineering and Industry Standards
- Familiarity with Philippine Grid particulars
- Expertise in Risk Management and Business Continuity
- Proficient in computer data analytics and engineering applications
