Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
- Organized and detail-oriented, can manage interdepartmental and external office coordination.
- Self-motivated and can handle multi-task.
- Willing to work in Subaru Pasig.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle documentation and reporting of every sold unit.
- Prepare and submit service admin reports regularly and on time.
- Sort, organize, retrieve repair orders and service invoice files.
- Assist in increasing Facebook page likes by inviting customers to like.
- Carry out other administrative duties such as filing, printing, and cutting service forms.
- Monitor and schedule new vehicle pullouts from VDC to branch.
- Facilitate the submission of bookings for allocation, unit allocation, and invoicing.
- Raise dealer purchase orders for branches.
- Monitor and assist the service team.
- Safekeep and distribute all service documents.
- Printing and preparing warranty and recall claims documents.
- Follow up on check payments from external insurance partners.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
