Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To clean assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
- To perform basic landscaping duties including tree trimming, weeding, and watering of plants.
- To order and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
- To conduct basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment.
- To ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning liquids.
- To ensure utility projects are completed and signed off.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-year work experience.
- Able to work on a shifting schedule.
- Background or training in 5S preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
