The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Good at project management consisting of multiple Feature Requests + Change Requests
- Can handle the request on feature improvement and be familiar with the requirement management
- Capable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environment
- Being able to understand the system, feature, and function mechanism
- Capable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC, and potential work plan
- Initiate and implement the improvement plan with a solution, suggestion, and feature request
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Strong warehousing background, sorting center background is preferable
- Strong system and process understanding of logistics
- Good excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Graduate of industrial engineering/systems engineering/process engineering
- 2 years work experience in E-Commerce or Internet service industry is a plus
