Job Description
- Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and qualifications.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor responses.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employee separation process and post-employment requirements.
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Performed other tasks assigned from time to time.
