Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative I to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative I, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving any issues they may encounter with our products or services.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required.
