Job Description
Job Summary: The Service Supervisor is responsible for meeting client’s expectations by providing efficient after-sales services.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably licensed ME with a focus on Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology. Can read blueprints and layouts. Experienced in refrigeration system fault finding/ diagnostics. Can operate tools and machines.
- Industry experience: At least 5 years experience in delivering after-sales services. Knowledge in OSH and EHS standards. Must have Refrigeration Unit handling, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting experiences. Can prepare reports, requests, and quotations.
- Management skills: 3-5 years supervisory experience gained from a similar industry.
- Personal qualities: Can solve simple to complex machine problems; highly analytical, can provide well-thought recommendations to staff. Must have excellent people and time management skills. Should be flexible and creative in providing solutions. Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and able to uphold integrity at all times.
- Technology skills: Strong background and working knowledge of Microsoft products, refrigeration service software/technology, ERP.
- Language skills: English and Filipino (dialect is an advantage).
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift.
- Ability to Commute: Davao (Required).
