Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any BSBA courses
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling compensation and benefits
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating, developing, and implementing existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate timekeeping records of employees.
- Auditing payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for advances.
- Create reward strategies and schemes for the attraction, motivation, and retention of employees.
