Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures
- Escalate priority problems per client standards
- Achieve one-call resolution for customer satisfaction
- Perform basic troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required
- Minimum high school or ALS graduate
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
