Job Description
Company Profile: People’s Credit Network Finance Company Inc. (PCNFCI) is a financing company offering group and individual salary loans to government and non-government agencies. Qualifications include at least 6 months of lending/collection experience, high school graduate or college level, own motorcycle, and driver’s license.
Responsibilities: Field Collectors play a vital role in communicating with debtors, confirming payment agreements, monitoring payments, resolving legal matters, and promoting positive client relationships.
Benefits: Motor rental, leave conversion, gas allowance, retirement plan, health insurance, life insurance, and potential promotion to a permanent employee.
Schedule: Full-time position with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary. License/Certification: Driver’s License preferred. Willingness to travel: 100% required.
