Job Description:
AOC Representative (Advance Operations Center)
Your role is to make call outs by collecting Import taxes from Australian Customers before package delivery. Achieve collection targets and KPI Elements to meet goals.
What You’ll Do
- Call Customers and collect COD payments, at least 45 COD releases/day
- Sending Tax Invoices via Email
- Account Holder verification
- Coordination with AU Border Clearance Team, AU Operations, and AU Finance
- Explain Customs clearance process to Customers
Your Skills & Requirements
- Related experience preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge
- Able to work independently
