Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Learning & Organisational Development Operations Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our learning and organisational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and project management. You will lead a team to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of training programs, performance management systems, and other learning interventions.
