Job Description
Job Scope:
- Information Review
- Processes client information following standard operating procedures (SOP) and set turnaround time
- Identifies adjustments for reconciliation
- Prepares reports summarizing information
- Collaborates with other processors
- Business Process Support
- Resolves inquiries with a customer-focused approach
- Manages client systems with accurate documentation
- Assigns tasks to relevant processors
- Refers complex matters to superiors
- Upholds confidentiality and performs assigned administrative duties
- Non-clinical staff avoids interpreting clinical information
Functional Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum two years experience in claims/insurance management
- Proficient in typing and software usage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
