Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and completeness of information
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized accounts payable files and records
- Collaborate with other departments for proper coding of invoices
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks, Netsuite, and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule:
- 8-hour night shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
