Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in a Supervisory level or team leadership role preferred.
- Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.
- Team player with high dedication level.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company’s Admin processes for customer and sales team satisfaction.
- Oversee operations from unit preparation to truck releasing.
- Optimize sales admin processes for efficiency.
- Manage Admin documentation accuracy.
- Monitor and address pending Admin issues.
- Implement strict documentation protocols for error prevention.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
