Job Description
Role is to focus on ensuring all Physical Property within the SMX Convention Center are maintained in a Safe and Reliable condition. Multi-Skilled Technician is also expected to actively support and assist other Engineering Staff as and when there is a need for the proper repair and maintenance of the equipment.
- To perform repair work in interior and exterior building walls.
- To carry out erection work of new walls and demolition work of existing walls as directed by the supervisor.
- To carry out repairs on existing wall and floor tile work and to lay new tiles as instructed.
Repair and maintenance of the following, as needed:
- Heating equipment
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps and Fans
- Plumbing and Drainage System
- Fire Protection System
- Filters
- Kitchen and Mechanical Equipment (including welding and brazing works)
- De-clogging of drains
- Repair of door alignment, doorknob and locks
- Repair of plumbing fixtures
- Painting
- Repair of furniture and fixtures
- Changing of busted lamps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
