- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation and influencing skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares information with clients and colleagues effectively.
