Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled Operations Manager experienced in overseeing operations within a printed circuit board manufacturing company. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of efficiency and safety. Proficiency in PCB manufacturing, strong leadership, and strategic planning abilities are essential.
EDUCATION
College graduate, preferably engineering, with management background.
EXPERIENCE
5 years managerial experience in an electronics assembly plant
JOB PURPOSE
Supervises Managers/Heads and Parts Prep Supervisor in all aspects of operations, delivery schedule and overall conformance to quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinates with site Quality Control and Supply Chain for an efficient conduct of operations and Headquarters Manufacturing for continuous manufacturing improvement.
JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager assists the VP for Operations in coordinating the overall operation to produce products and services at a desired quality and efficiency through proper planning, leading, organizing, staffing, controlling, and monitoring of the assembly processes with its corresponding control points, utilization of manpower, materials, working environment, and equipment resources.
