Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all claim documents, enter data into the system.
- Record details on disposition logs and forward to claims department.
- Handle incoming/outgoing documents, print, sort, and prepare for mailing.
- Update PAID Autopay claims, segregate and check.
- Answer calls, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Manage attendance records and government submissions.
- Check inventory, obtain quotations, and assist in event planning.
- Perform assigned duties and tasks.
