Job Description
Supervise the daily activities and execution of the Order to Cash Team, related to cash application.
- Handles coordination of all processes within the team.
- Act as the first point of migration of processes/tasks.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and productivity targets are met.
- Routine communication and coordination with Senior Accountants and counterparts.
- Continuously monitor team performance aligned with established KPIs.
- Encourage, coach, and train Process Experts and Associates for their professional and personal development.
- Drive process optimization and finance-related projects.
- Assist the Managers in conducting periodic performance review sessions with the team members.
- Assess staff utilization and hiring possibilities to ensure there is enough FTE to support the process.
- Support the team with ad hoc requests and/or any reporting requirements as and when necessary.
