Job Description
The Corporate Strategy Manager provides expertise and strategic guidance in ensuring that all strategies in the organization are implemented and achieved. Responsibilities include supporting the Strategy and Innovations Director in formulating, executing, monitoring, and evaluating new, current, and future strategies/capability-building initiatives. Collaboration with various business units to facilitate successful implementation in alignment with established management goals is essential.
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
- Related Experience – Minimum 3-4 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics, Product Management, or related roles
- Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills, Business Writing, and Hubspot CRM
- Soft Skills:
- Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical, decisive, and data-driven
- Flexible, adaptable, and quick-thinking
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Creative; adept at translating data into visual presentations
