Job Description

As a Training & Development Officer, your role involves goal-setting, progress tracking, feedback provision, and aligning individual performance with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Experience in retail industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital tools
Additional skills:
- Expertise in the ADDIE model and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Willingness to go on fieldwork
- Ideally proficient in using Notion
