Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring that HR services in all functions companywide on a day-to-day basis in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Timekeeping and Attendance Administration, Human Resources Information System, Timekeeping and Billing Administration, Labor Relations & Discipline, Employee Engagement & Communication, Training & Development, Performance Management, Civil and Social Relations, and Concessionaire Administration are being implemented within company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing corporate monitoring and reporting on operational HR processes and services.
