Job Description
A Sales Associate is responsible for serving customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales in a retail environment. They assist customers in finding products they are looking for, provide product information, and handle any queries or complaints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Operating cash registers and processing payments accurately.
- Keeping the sales floor neat and organized.
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
