Job Description
Collecting employee information and entering time-sheet data into the database.
Preparing semi-monthly payroll.
Attending to and resolving pay-related queries.
Ensuring that accounts are balanced and preparing reports for management review.
Managing payroll functions, including calculating employee paychecks, withholding taxes, government remittances, and other deductions.
Maintaining accurate payroll records for businesses, governments, and nonprofit organizations.
Staying up-to-date with tax laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
