Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Business Process Manager ensures effective documentation and improvement of company processes. Responsibilities include process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and recommending process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in relevant field preferred
- 4-5 years experience in Business Process or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Critical thinker with strong communication skills
- Experience in Retail and project management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate department goals
- Lead team in process documentation
- Identify process improvements
- Review process documentation
- Ensure stakeholders’ alignment
- Implement Document Management
Job Type: Full-time
