Job Description
- A candidate must possess a College Level or equivalent experience
- At least two (2) years of working experience in a Freight Forwarding Company / is an advantage.
- Must be good at handling personnel.
- Ensure and always update the trucking permits, issuance, clearance, etc
- Monitor and record payments.
- Report on every trucking request for billing.
- Coordinate with account handlers for all trucking requests and concerns.
- Knowledge in Pre Advise requests (Shipping Lines).
- Perform monitoring schedule of deliveries and can extend office hours.
