Job Description
COMPANY PROFILE:
People’s Credit Network Finance Company Inc. (PCNFCI) is a financing company providing credit access to niche markets. We offer group and individual salary loans to various agencies, valuing our people as key assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months lending/collection experience
- High school graduate or college level
- Own motorcycle and driver’s license
- Familiar with Google Maps or Waze
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a FIELD COLLECTOR, foster communication with debtors, ensuring timely payments and positive relationships.
- Confirm client information and payments
- Monitor payments and follow up through fieldwork
- Call and contact clients persistently
- Develop action plans for account recovery
- Handle legal matters and case monitoring
