Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Coordinate incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Conversant in English (business level).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
