Job Description
Tier 2 Technical Support Agents will work in a multi-functional role supporting studio applications, handling tickets, and calling international studios for operational checks.
Scope of support includes:
- Manage and respond to studio application tickets.
- Communicate technical information to studios and customers.
- Remotely troubleshoot branch computers.
- Escalate tickets when necessary.
- Communicate with clients and tag tickets accurately.
- Assist studios with various tech issues.
