Job Description
MDCGROUP INC. is seeking motivated Sales Account Associates with a strong work ethic to work in our ALABANG (Philippines) office.
Main responsibilities are:
– Will be to generate and qualify leads, and on-board new customers.
– Will undergo Product and Industry orientation during onboarding period
– Incharge of database build-up
– Will do prospecting and cold calling
– Thorough customer profiling and product mapping for his/her own accounts
– Sales Negotiations and progressing of accounts
– Do leads follow-ups
– Responsible for a target revenue that contributes to WHOLE team and company Target
Requirements:
– Willing to do field work or face-to-face engagements with customers and prospects.
– Graduate of any business course or related fields.
– Preferably with experience in sales but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
– Must be customer service oriented
