Job Description
The IDX Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the listing process for real estate properties on the IDX (Internet Data Exchange) platform. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate information, coordinating with agents, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of real estate procedures. Prior experience in IDX management or real estate coordination is preferred.
This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems is a plus.
