Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries promptly. Referring complex queries to your line manager. Providing detailed information about members’ benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above
- High school graduate with diploma/certificate
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Computer literate with excellent web navigation skills
- Available to start immediately
