Job Description
- Handling office tasks, generating reports, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing scheduling support by booking appointments.
- Screening calls and routing to the appropriate party.
- Using computers for reports, transcribing minutes, creating presentations, and research.
- Greeting visitors and organizing pre-employment screenings.
- Maintaining professional communication and records.
- Anticipating needs, supporting HR inquiries, and overseeing documentation.
- Developing communication channels and employee engagement programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Human Resources (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
