Job Description
Linea di Liara & Startex Industries are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST hours
Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert
- Handle calls, emails, questions
- Assist with product inquiries and order issues
- Collaborate with the warehouse team
- Help with process improvement
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter, problem solver
- Experience in product sales
- Computer savvy
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Wayfair
