Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assure the reliability and consistency of pawnshop operations through process checks and recommending actions;
- Monitor systems, policies, and controls, and propose quality-assured policies and procedures;
- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure compliance with governmental regulations;
- Perform assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year business program related to accounting or finance;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Effective communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and adapt to changes;
- Strong human relations skills, awareness of job relevance;
- Willingness to travel.
