Job Description
A Travel Agent is responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes recommending destinations, transportation options, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Key responsibilities include researching travel options, providing excellent customer service, managing bookings, and ensuring all travel documents are in order.
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of different destinations, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
