Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles; fresh graduates welcome
- Eager to learn and collaborate with various departments
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Location: Makati City, Manila, Philippines
- Immediate availability
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to staff, clients, or the public
- Professional support via phone, mail, and email
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Assist with office tasks, reports, and supplies
- Prepare memos and meeting support
- Process office documents and bills
- Anticipate needs for a positive experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php23,00.00 per month
