Job Description
Location: Clark Global City, Pampanga
Overview: A Travel Administrator is responsible for arranging, managing, and coordinating all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of the organization. This role involves researching and booking flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, as well as providing travelers with necessary information.
Key Deliverables: 100% accurate bookings, maintenance of the travel log, and reporting on travel costs. Familiarity with flight regulations and travel documentation is required.
Required Skills: Professional experience in the travel industry, proficiency in business management, outstanding interpersonal communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
Key Accountabilities: Maintaining records, complying with company policies, and updating managers regularly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour day shift
