Job Responsibilities:

Follow standard operations and procedures
Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards
Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction
Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary

Qualifications:

With or without BPO Experience
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
